I needed to return a product because I bought the wrong notebook drive. I bought a sata and I needed an ide. They set up my return while I was on the phone. I then placed an order for the toshiba ide notebook drive. Later that evening when I got my tracking number in an email, I noticed my invoice shipping total was $0.00. I logged into the website and pulled up my invoice. They removed the shipping charge for the 2nd drive I ordered. That was a nice surprise. Thank you very much.
