I purchased a matrix switch for a job I had with a client. It shipped timely, but after testing it thoroughly, it had some bad channels. I phoned PGN to let them know and the support person handled my replacement quickly. He changed the shipping of my replacement switch to express at no charge. I was able to still finish this installation on time with my customer happy with my performance and I am extremely happy with the way PGN dealt with me. Great place. Thanks.
